Mid Atlantic Quilt Festival 2017
I received an award for Best use of Color at this exhibition. It's really hard to get the color right in the photos, especially when they are taken by different photographers, cameras and lighting.
My studio gets an award.
Well, sort of. My studio got me chosen as my bank's "person of the month". It's a little complicated; a bank staff member is a member of the local art group. I'm also a member of the art group. The bank (which loaned me the money to build the studio) liked my studio so much that they decided to feature it to demonstrate how the bank, a local business, relates to the community and helps out. They certainly helped me out by making the loan. The studio will be featured in the promotional material for the Berkeley Springs Studio Tour 2016. Below are some pictures of the studio.

I got some more ribbons at the West Virginia Quilt Festival again in 2013.
