This quilt won
best in show and best
in catagory from last years West Virginia Quilt Festival. It is in Ohio
now
and I think the customer was thrilled to find something that would fill the
space and match their decor.
Here is a king version of my Dancing
Log Cabin design. I did this one for a
wonderful collector of art. She ordered it based on paint chips and we
picked
all the colors. I dyed a lot of the fabrics to co-ordinate with their
placement on the quilt.
Lots of fun to work with a patron who enjoys art and having fun with the
process.
Both of these quilts were purchased by a stuffed doll lover at the Ice
House
show in Berkeley Springs WV.
